The Jordanian Islamic Action Front (IAF) has condemned the Egyptian President's attempt to communicate with the Israeli President, Shimon Peres. IAF, the political branch of the Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan said: “The Camp David treaty took Egypt away from its involvement with Israel. But the latter built their state on rape, terrorism and aggression. They are the greatest threat to the region and the world.” They said they understood that Morsi faced various challenges both internal and external. “We’re not asking them to declare a war on Tel Aviv, because we know the liberation of Palestine cannot be achieved without first uniting our countries. But we do ask you to comply with the culture you take part in... Peres has Arab and Muslim blood on his hands, he is not an ally to us."
