Palestinian killed working in Egypt-Gaza tunnel

A Palestinian citizen died on Sunday after an electrical shock whilst working on tunnels between Egypt and the Gaza Strip. Abdel-Rahman Mohamed Tabasi was attempting to repair electricity in the tunnel when the incident occurred. Medical sources said he died before arriving to the hospital. Locals have told Arab Today that the electrical problem in the tunnel is a result of excessive use of water by Egypt's military, as they continue to demolish tunnels used to smuggle humanitarian goods from Egypt to Gaza.
