A Palestinian rammed a car into Israeli soldiers in the occupied West Bank on Friday, injuring five of them before being shot dead, the army said.
The soldiers were lightly injured in the incident near the flashpoint city of Hebron, according to the emergency services.
Earlier Friday another Palestinian rammed his car into Israeli soldiers at a bus station near the Israeli settlement of Kfar Adumim in the West Bank and was shot dead, police said.
There has been a wave of stabbings, shootings and car rammings by Palestinians against Israelis in recent weeks, as well as clashes between Palestinians and Israeli security forces.
Nearly 100 Palestinians, including an Israeli Arab, have been killed -- more than half of them alleged attackers.
The violence has also left 17 Israelis, an American and an Eritrean dead.
Attempts to ease the tensions, including a visit by US Secretary of State John Kerry on Tuesday, have so far proved unsuccessful.
Palestinian Islamist group Hamas, which controls the Gaza Strip, has called a day of rage for Friday.
