Sources close to Tunisian Salafist group, Ansar al-Sharia have confirmed to Arasbtoday that security forces have broken into the house of Abu-Ayyad, the group's leader. The incident took place in the city of Hammam Al Anf in the Tunisian capital. It has been confirmed that the leader was not found or arrested following the break in, although two tohers have been taken into custody. Ayyad's mother "fainted" and has been transferred to hospital following the incident. Police forces have been trying to track Abu-Ayyad for nine months now. The break in comes a few hours after two Tunisian soldiers were killed in a car bomb at an army land mine.
