
As many as 35 fighters of Daesh were killed by Kurdish Beshmerka who successfully warded off an Daesh attack on Eske Mosil, northern Iraq, region.
A local security source told reporters in Baghdad that the Beshmerka, supported by the international coalition airplanes, were able to repulse a wide-range attack by Daesh over Eske Mosil region, some 50 km north west of the city of Mosil, killed 35 out of them and destroyed five hostile military vehicles.
He added that 18 of the Beshmerka fighters sustained different injuries.
