The Supreme Court has also reaffirmed that since Parliament has been ignoring the Supreme Court's ruling since last year, it has been 'unlawful' to let three inmates who are suspected of election fraud, and therefore any decision of the parliament is invalid.

But the Supreme Court in the statement did not comment on this, nor explain how to lift Parliament 's 'unlawful state'.
