The Turkish newspaper, "Al-Horeyat" said that that Ankara will accommodate 40 Palestinian prisoners who will be released in Shalit- prisoner swap deal after Israel refused to be deport them to Egypt, Lebanon and Syria. In the same context, Izzat Al-Rashaq, member of the Political Bureau of Hamas, said that the second phase of the swap deal will be sponsored by Egypt, two months after the first stage, according to the standards agreed upon. Al-Rashaq said in remarks posted on his page on social networking site "Facebook" to the prisoners to be released should be sentenced for national security reasons, not criminal. He continued: "That they should not be prisoners who have nearly completed their sentences, the deal will include prisoners who still have some year left in their sentences. He stressed that all prisoners of the second phase will be released and send to their homes. Al-Rashaq said that the names of the released prisoners, will be determined by the Israeli side according to their criteria.
