Yemeni officials shot dead in Hadhramaut

A Yemeni official was shot dead today in Yemen’s eastern city of Hadhrmaut. An official Yemeni source in Hadhramaut said Colonel Abdul Ghani Abdou Al Maqaleh, Director of the Yemeni Economic Corporation in Hadhramaut was killed when unidentified gunmen riding a motorcycle opened fire at him while he was heading to work. The source added that investigations are currently underway to uncover the culprits and the motives for perpetrating such a heinous crime. Source: QNA
