One person was unaccounted-for after an explosion in a Yarmouth, Maine, condominium complex destroyed two buildings and damaged 10 others, police said Tuesday. The state fire marshal's office was at the site trying to determine the cause of the explosion, the Kennebec Journal reported. Authorities suggested a gas leak may have been responsible for the blast. One resident and one firefighter sustained minor injuries, officials said. The explosion also affected Yamouth's local election Tuesday, the Journal said. The explosion forced the polling place -- which is near the condominium complex -- to move to Town Hall, Town Manager Nat Tupper said.
