
As many as 8,500 to 10,000 people, including ministers and other delegates, will gather in Bali of Indonesia for the ninth World Trade Organization (WTO) meetings to be held from Dec. 3-6, an official from the event's organizing committee said here on Thursday. The participants are from 159 WTO member economies and 25 observers, said Iman Pambagyo, an official of the organizing committee and director general of international trade at Indonesian Ministry of Trade. Observers would send some 400 delegates for the meetings, Pambagyo told a press conference at the ministry.
