14 people missing after Bolivian vessel sinks off Malaysia coast

A Bolivian vessel sank in Malaysian waters on Wednesday, leaving 14 people missing, including 13 Chinese and one Malaysian, the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia said.
There were 15 people on the sand carrier before it sank, among whom one Chinese was rescued while the others remained missing.
According to the Chinese embassy, China Maritime Search and Rescue Center has made contact with the search and rescue department in Malaysia's state of Johor, which has sent four ships and one helicopter to the waters.
Mustafa Kamal, a local maritime official, told Xinhua that the search and rescue efforts were still underway.
