2 explosions in Dagestan

The two explosions heard in Mahachkala early Tuesday morning were not terror acts, the Interior Ministry of Dagestan has reported today. According to the ministry, at the moment the security forces of the republic are performing operations in order to spot bandits’ locations in the forests near the city and get them unarmed." The first explosion was heard from across the city. Then another explosion occurred, according to the Voice of Russia. Details of the incident are being investigated at the moment.
