Since the beginning of this year, 21 Palestinians, among them were 13 children, were wounded in 9 accidents and affected by suspicious bodies, a human rights report released here on Tuesday has revealed. The report said 5 children were injured in two days as a result of meddling with particles, which exploded. Al Mezan Center for Human Rights has expressed deep sorrow over the victims affected by bodies from Israeli or local residue, with concerns over the persistence of such incidents. The Center has called for taking the necessary precautions in prevention of these accidents as well as intensifying awareness campaigns among residential areas, specially ones located near the border or others which have witnessed Israeli intrusions and armed confrontations. Al Mezan has called on NGOs and other local organizations to increase awareness over such issues to avoid more casualties.
