3 British teenagers detained in İstanbul trying to join Daesh

Three British teenagers have been detained in Istanbul while planning to cross the border into neighboring Syria to join Daesh group, Today's Zaman said Sunday.
The three, who have not been named, are aged 18 and 19, and were arrested on Friday, according to two separate sources.
Turkish authorities are in touch with their British counterparts to arrange their deportation to Britain this week.
Their detention comes after three British schoolgirls entered Turkey last month and are thought to have joined Daesh in Syria.
On Thursday, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said the girls who had earlier traveled to Syria had been helped across the border by a spy working for one of the countries in the US-led coalition against the militants.
