
Four people were killed and another was injured on Sunday after a cement tanker crashed into a bus stop in southwestern Chinese city of Kunming, local police said. The accident occurred at 9:41 a.m. when the cement tanker lost control and crashed with a street sprinkler van parked on the roadside and then slammed into the bus stop, the city's traffic police authorities said in a statement. Four people, including a toddler boy, who were waiting for buses at the stop, were killed. The injured man has been sent to a local hospital for treatment. Local police were investigating the cause of the accident and checking the identities of the victims.
