494 Syrian refugees cross into Jordan

A total of 494 Syrians entered Jordan Wednesday due to the continued violence in their country, media spokesperson for Syrian refugees affairs Anmar Hmoud said. He added that Jordan is striving in cooperation with International organizations to provide financial and in-kind assistance to the growing number of refugees which, until yesterday, reached 46,354 in the Zaatari camp. "A total of 121 refugees left the Zaatari camp and returned to Syria again upon their request," Hmoud added.
