7 people went missing after a fishing boat capsized on sea off estuary

Seven people went missing after a fishing boat capsized on sea off the estuary of Luanhe River in North China's Hebei province Wednesday.
There were eight crew on board the locally-registered boat. One of the them has been rescued by people on a passing vessel, which also reported the shipwreck at around 8 am, Xinhua news agency reported.
A helicopter and 11 ships were dispatched by the North China Sea Maritime Rescue Center to search for the missing crewmen.
Rescuers said the boat has already sunk under the water. No life sign has been detected in the cabin. Frogmen have been called for to salvage the sunk boat.
