
Foreign Minister H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan met on Friday at the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference with a number of foreign ministers taking part in the meetings. Sheikh Abdullah met separately with foreign ministers Sebastian Kurz of Austria, Ditmir Bushati of Albania and Frans Timmermans of the Netherlands. The meetings touched on UAE's ties of friendship and cooperation with Austria, Albania, and the Netherlands and ways to enhance them. Also discussed were topics on the conference's agenda, as well the latest regional and international developments. Sheikh Abdullah also met with the U.S. Senator John McCain and discussed with him bilateral relations and topics of mutual interest. The meeting was attended by a number of the U.S. Senate and Congress members.
