Chief of the Iraqi Awakening Conference Sheikh Ahmed Abu Risha announced on Wednesday the stopping of random shelling on the city of Fallujah after contacts with the army. Abu Risha said in a statement today that their goal is to pull out Daash to places where no civilian families exist for the purpose of terminating such organization as Daash that occupies part of the cities in Anbar province. He added that if the tribes there do not succeed in eliminating Daash, they will allow the army to intervene. It is worth mention that the random shelling on the city of Fallujah, continuing for weeks, had killed and wounded hundreds and displaced thousands of families from the city.
