"All the four captured terrorists have affiliation with Taliban outfit and were involved in setting on fire oil tankers and conducting roadside bombings in Parwan's province," the statement said, adding the arrested men admitted they set on fire oil tankers and conducted series of terrorist activities including roadside bombings in the province. The security personnel have also recovered a number of arms and ammunitions including five pistols and explosive devices from the possessions of the captured men. Taliban militants haven't made comment.
