Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir has received a letter from Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan connected with bilateral relations and ways to serve the common interests of both countries. The Nigerian president''s envoy Abdulsalam Abubakar said after delivering the message that his meeting with Al-Bashir today touched on the role of Nigeria in achieving peace and stability in Sudan, stressing his country''s desire to continue to support and develop relations between Sudan and the State of South Sudan. He added that the meeting also addressed the importance of strengthening the peace process in Sudan, referring to his country''s efforts in this regard.(
