
Mohammed Ahmed Al Murr, Speaker of Federal National Council (FNC) and Ahmed Yousef Siddiq Ahmad, Ambassador of Sudan to the U.A.E., yesterday discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in various fields, especially in the parliamentary field. During the meeting, Al Murr highlighted the outstanding relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Sudan at various levels. For his part, the Sudanese Ambassador conveyed to the FNC Speaker the greetings of his Sudanese Counterpart, wishing for more development of bilateral relations and more prosperity for the two brotherly peoples. The Sudanese envoy commended the level of bilateral relations and also hailed the policy of the United Arab Emirates, led by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
