
Mohammed Ahmed Al Murr, Speaker of Federal National Council (FNC), has highlighted the importance of having a strategic vision to enhance the work of parliamentary diplomacy between the Federal National Council and the U.A.E.-European Parliament Friendship Group, as a parallel and supportive framework for governmental diplomacy to support parliamentary cooperation. This came during Al Murr's meeting with members of the U.A.E.-European Parliament Friendship Group during the official visit of the FNC delegation to Brussels. The Federal National Council delegation included Dr. Amal Abdullah Al Qubaisi, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal National Council, Ahmad Ali Al Zaabi, Faisal Abdullah Al Tunaiji, Mohammed Saeed Al Raqbani and Rashad Mohammed Bukhash and Yaqoob Ali Al Naqbi and Mohammed Butti Al Qubaisi, members of FNC and members of EU-U.A.E. Friendship Group and Dr. Mohammed Salem Al Mazroui, Secretary General of the Council. The meeting was attended by Suleiman Hamed Salem Al Mazrouei, Head of the U.A.E. Mission to European Union (EU) and U.A.E. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium.
