Chairman of Darfur Regional Authority, Dr. Al-Tigani Al-Sessi, has announced establishment of two offices of the Commission for Security Arrangements in Central and East Darfur States toward speeding up the implementation of the security arrangements item in Darfur. This came during his meeting Tuesday in Al-Fasher with the leaders of the Commission for Security Arrangements of Darfur Regional Authority. Dr. Al-Sessi gave directive for sending delegations of the Liberation and Justice Movement to sites of the movement forces so as to enlighten them and to make them prepared for joining the training camps. He also called on the Commission to set a new timetable for implementation of the security arrangements as well as formation of a joint committee for logistic support and attracting assistance from the donors for implementing the security arrangements item, in accordance with the Doha Document for Peace in Darfur. Dr. Al-Sessi announced that Darfur Regional Authority will focus efforts in the coming period for implementation of the security arrangements and the voluntary repatriation of displaced people and refugees to their home areas.
