Algeria concerned over Egypt’s events

Algeria has expressed deep concern over the bloody events which took place during the recent demonstrations in Egypt. The Algerian Foreign Ministry’s spokesman, Amar Belani, said in remarks aired over Algerian Radio that Algeria is deeply concerned about the bloody events that occurred during the last protests in Egypt. He called on all parties in Egypt to exercise self-restraint for the welfare of their country. He encouraged the concerned parties in Egypt to work hard for peaceful transition of power based consensual and lasting settlement to the current crisis.
