Algerian on Monday voiced satisfaction with Syria's initial decision to participate in an international conference on Syria due in Geneva next month, targeting a political way out of the Syrian crisis. "We note with satisfaction, Syria's decision of principle to participate in the International Conference which is to be held next June in Geneva," Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ammar Belani told Algeria's official news agency (APS). He said his country calls on all stakeholders and the region's countries to seize this occasion to launch a political process that could put an end to the bloody conflict in Syria. He added that inclusive dialogue and a national consensus among all Syrian parties could lead to an all-out political solution that would meet the expectations of the Syrian people.
