Amal movement released a statement Saturday offering condolences to Egypt and Gaza for martyrs who fell at the hands of aerial Israeli snipers last Thursday. 22 people lost their lives in Thursday's shooting and the aftermath it created. Reports claim 8 Israelis perished in Eilat as a car opened fire at them along the Egyptian border. Israeli troops hunted down and killed 7 of the attackers along with an Egyptian army officer and 2 security personnel. "Israeli escalation of its crimes is a direct breach of sovereignty of Lebanese borders," read Amal's statement, "The Arab spring begins with...establishing the Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital. It also begins with building an Arab Deterrent Force following the prototype witnessed in October war (1973)."
