
Kuwait's Consul General to Karachi Mohammad Al-Khaldi presented a copy of his credentials to Deputy Director of Protocols at Pakistan's Foreign Ministry in the Sindh Province on Wednesday. Ambassador Al-Khaldi and the Pakistani official discussed the forthcoming visit of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to Islamabad, a statement by the Consulate in the Pakistani province said. His Highness Sheikh Jaber is due to visit Pakistan on November 10, part of a tour that would take him to India tomorrow. Al-Khaldi, noted the statement, said he would exert efforts to convey to his country the investment opportunities in the Sindh province in general and in Karachi in particular. The Pakistani foreign ministry official wished success for Al-Khaldi in his mission, saying his government would provide all forms of cooperation with the Consulate General of the State of Kuwait. The two sides discussed means of boosting economic and investment cooperation, said the statement.
