
Joint Operations Command announced seizing an ammunition cache and capturing 3 terrorists in Qa’im district, western Anbar province. In a statement issued on Wednesday, Dec. 25, the Joint Operations Command said that security forces within Anbar Operations Command captured persons wanted on terrorist charges. Meanwhile, in another statement, the Joint Operations Command said that an operation carried out by SWAT force in Ramadi, toward Razazeh Lake resulted in capturing 7 persons wanted in accordance with Article 4/Terrorism. The statement went on saying that the 2nd infantry Division in Niniveh province captured 7 persons wanted in accordance with Article 4/Terrorism, seizing a cache containing 62 improvised explosive devices, 4 rocket launchers and 41 vehicles without official documents.
