A total of 128 Occupy Chicago protesters were arrested Sunday at Chicago's Grant Park as they tried to re-camp there. Police made the arrests when the protesters tried to set up a base for the movement in the park after a march on Saturday. The grounds for the mass arrests were that the protesters violated a city ordinance. Grant Park, where about 175 protesters were arrested a week ago, is supposed to be closed after 11 p.m., police said. After the Oct. 16 arrests, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel said that he had requested the Law Department to talk to the protesters to see if they can find a solution so that the protesters "can continue to express themselves."
