
Arab League chief Nabil el Arabi met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Moscow to discuss the latest developments in the region, according to a statement by the Arab League on Thursday.
Arabi is visiting Moscow to attend the meetings of the UN Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People.
The meeting tackled the latest developments in Palestine, Syria, Libya, Yemen and the latest terror acts in Kuwait, Tunisia and Egypt.
Arabi and Lavrov reiterated importance of unifying efforts to fight all terrorist groups.
They also tackled ongoing preparations for Arab-Russian forum in December in Moscow.
