The Arab League (AL) called on Wednesday UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and the international childhood organizations to immediate stop the ongoing massacres carried out by Israeli troops against the Palestinian people.
The report, issued the AL department for Palestine and Occupied Arab Territories Affairs, strongly denounced the Israeli policy that targets Palestinian children to strike terror into the hearts of the Palestinian people.
The circumstances of the death of 16-year-old youth Mohammed Sinokrot concluded that the Israeli forces used a new kind of rubber bullets called " blue sponge-tipped bullets" to put down protests organized by Palestinian people in last July in the East Jerusalem city to condemn the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, the report added.
The Citizen's Rights Association spotted four cases of children who were seriously injured by the blue sponge-tipped bullets used by the Israeli troops, the report read.
The report asserted that the internationally-banned blue sponge-tipped bullets cause serious injuries.
