The Jordanian capital Amman will host a crucial meeting on Wednesday, grouping the Arab ministerial delegation charged with the Middle East peace process and US Secretary of State John Kerry, the Arab League chief said. Nabil Al-Arabi, the league Secretary General, said in a statement on Sunday the two sides would discuss regional affairs and results of Kerry's diplomatic efforts with the Palestinians and Israelis in a bid to jump-start the peace process. Kerry, during his upcoming regional tour, is scheduled to inform Arab officials about his talks with the Israeli leaders on prospects of resuming the peace process. The Arab ministerial delegation visited the US on April 29 and held talks with senior officials as part of these efforts.
