Arab political council calls for enacting a law for Kirkuk's elections

Arab Politcal Council of Kirkuk province , demanded the House of Representatives to issue a special law to hold local elections in Kirkuk. The head of the Council Sheikh Abdul Rahman Aassi said in a statement to NINA : "The issuance of a special law for elections in Kirkuk, would ensure a broad participation in free democratic and fair elections to correct a lot of problems in this province and save its national identity.
