Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann stressed Saturday the urgent need to exert pressure on the EU countries refusing the distribution of refugees in quota system.
He said that all possible political means should be adopted against the countries (Poland, Baltic states, Slovakia, and Czech) that rejected the idea of receiving binding quotas from the refugees, who would be fairly distributed on EU states.
Faymann suggested linking the EU financial aid to the fulfillment of the demand of accepting refugee quota by member states.
He warned from the failure of EU over the lack of interest among some member states with the troubles faced by others.
Faymann's calls came after seventy-one migrants, including Fifty-nine men, eight women and four children, died from suffocation inside an abandoned lorry in Austria on Friday.
