Russian security forces have detained the suspected killer of a Moscow resident whose stabbing sparked some of Russia's worst anti-migrant riots in years, a spokeswoman for investigators said on Tuesday. "He has been detained," the spokeswoman for Russia's Investigative Committee told AFP. Reports said he was detained near Moscow. Police earlier Tuesday identified the suspect as Orkhan Zeinalov, a native of Azerbaijan. Thousands rioted Sunday in southern Moscow over the killing several days earlier of a 25-year-old local man who was stabbed to death in front of his girlfriend. The murderer fled the scene but images caught on surveillance cameras suggested he could have been from Central Asia or the Caucasus.
