The case of Libyan former Prime Minister Baghdadi Mahmoudi under Gadhafi's regime will be examined on Monday, November 28, by the Tozeur Court of Appeal. He was accused of having last September 22, "illegally" crossed the Tunisian-Libyan border. "The speed with which the date of the hearing was set doesn't take into consideration the interests of the defence and arouses suspicion," barrister and co-ordinator of the Libyan official's defence committee Mabrouk Kourchid pointed out. The Tunis Court of Appeal decided on Friday, the extradition of Baghdadi Mahmoudi.
