
Housing Minister Bassim bin Yaqoob Al-Hamar received here today the newly-appointed Omani Ambassador to Bahrain Abdulla bin Rashid Al-Madailwi.The Minister wished Ambassador Al-Madailwi every success in enhancing the brotherly bilateral relations.They reviewed ways of bolstering the deep-rooted joint ties in all fields.The Omani Ambassador expressed delight at representing his country in the kingdom, voicing pride in the advanced level of the Bahraini-Omani relations.The Minister of Housing also received the Chinese Ambassador to Bahrain Lee Chin and reviewed with the historical relations bonding the two friendly countries in various fields.They discussed ways of enhancing bilateral relations regarding social housing through taking advantage of China's expertise to implement projects in the kingdom, according to the technical and architectural criteria set by the Ministry of Housing, in line the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.Al-Hamar expressed the Housing Ministry's readiness to cooperate with friendly China in this regard, within the framework of its openness to countries with housing expertise in order to enrich its five-year plan.They agreed on exchanging visits between the relevant sides in both countries in order to develop a general cooperation framework.The Chinese Ambassador expressed his country's readiness to ensure the success of cooperation in housing field, as the best way to boost bilateral relations further.
