Chairman of the Independent Human Rights Activists Group Salman Nasser has asserted that Bahrain is capable of confronting Iran’s blatant interference in Bahrain’s domestic affairs thanks to the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, wisdom of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister.
Salman Nasser expressed pride in the Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, whom he described as an example of patriotism, calling upon everybody to implement his directives to condemn and respond to Iran’s flagrant and dangerous interference in Bahrain’s domestic affairs.
Whoever fails to respond positively to the Interior Minister’s call accepts the Iranian interference, renewing the call made by the Minister of Interior to rally behind the leadership, he said.
Salman Nasser affirmed that his group will launch tomorrow a popular electronic petition against the Iranian interference and the provocative statements made by the so-called Ali Khamenei, calling on all citizens, residents, as well as GCC and Arab citizens to participate in the petition.
He emphasised that Iran’s flagrant interference will make Bahrainis more determined than even to cement national unity and rally behind their leadership.
