Bahraini, Moroccan and Algerian lawmakers arrive in Kuwait for AIPU conference

Bahraini Speaker of the House of Representatives Khalifa Al-Dhahrani and his accompanying delegation arrived here on Monday to participate in the 19th Arab Inter Parliamentary Union Conference hosted by Kuwait for the next two days. Al-Dhahrani was received upon his arrival in Kuwait by the AIPU Head and Kuwaiti National Assembly Speaker Ali Fahad Al-Rashed, NA Treasurer Kamil Al-Awadhi and head of the higher committee of the 19th AIPU Conference and NA Secretary General Allam Al-Kandari, in addition to top officials of the NA's General Secretariat. Moroccan Vice President of the Assembly of Counselors Mohammed Fawzi Benallau, also arrived today, where he was received by MP Saleh Ashour and NA officials. Also arriving in Kuwait to participate in the AIPU Conference was the Algerian Deputy Speaker of the Popular National Assembly Izz Al-Din abi Talib, and his accompanying delegation, where they were also received by MP Saleh Ashour.
