
The Bahraini delegation to the 13th Afro-Arab Parliamentary Conference, which concluded here on Thursday, has affirmed the importance of enhancing the existing Bahraini-Moroccan parliamentary and legislative partnership, given the similar positive parliamentary developments they have gone through, and as the best way to boost bilateral economic cooperation and increase investment opportunities and trade exchange. This came as the delegation held a meeting with the Chairman of Moroccan Dr Mohammed Sheikh Biadilla. They discussed ways of bolstering joint cooperation and strengthening the outstanding relations, in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and King Abdulla VI of Morocco. The kingdom’s delegation, led by the First Deputy Speaker of the Representatives Council MP Abdulla bin Khalaf Al Dossari, included MPs Ahmed Ibrahim Bahzad, Ali Al-Asfoor, Shaikh Jassim Al Saidi, Abdulhakeem Al-Shammari and Adnan Al-Maliki.
