Bahraini representatives council issues statement marking BDF anniversary

The Representatives Council issued today a statement marking the 46th anniversary of the establishment of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF). It extended congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the BDF Supreme Commander, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, on the occasion.It praised the BDF role in defending the nation and its sovereignty, congratulating BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the BDF personnel and the Bahraini people on the occasion.The Representatives Council reiterated support to all efforts aimed at developing and modernising BDF to meet contemporary requirements and future challenges, hailing cooperation and coordination with the GCC countries.
