Member of the Shura Council Sayed Dheya Al-Musawi asserted that history has proved that the National Action Charter (NAC) is a protective shield for all Bahrainis. He said that the NAC, being the constitutional and legal reference of the country, has helped the kingdom overcome all crises through embracing all political views and enhancing national unity and cohesion. He added that the NAC which had helped solve the crises of the 1990s, will be effective in solving the current one as it preserves the national rights of all Bahraini citizens."The National Action Charter maintains a balanced relation between the individual and the state or the leadership and the people," he said.He stressed the need to strengthen national cohesion, noting that "Bahrain will grow stronger and more solid whenever we rally together behind the leadership to build the nation according to our deep-rooted national values and principles."
