Bahraini House Speaker Khalifa al-Thahrani lauded Kuwait's practice of democracy that positively reflected on the performance on all of the country's economic, social and developmental bodies. Al-Thahrani also praised the developing bilateral ties with the state of Kuwait in all domains when he met with Kuwait's Ambassador to Bahrain Sheikh Azzam Mubarak Al-Sabah on Saturday. On his part, Sheikh Azzam stressed that some of the basic principles of true democracy are responsibility and objectivity. He noted that, in the foreseeable future, Kuwait will see a jump in development that could be clearly seen by the people. Kuwaitis are prepared to practise basic democratic right, casting their ballots in parliamentary elections, due on December 1.
