Basra Operations Command decided to ban motorcycles across the province from Saturday afternoon until tomorrow morning. A source in the operations command told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that: "The Operations Command decided " today "to ban all types of motorcycles including " Rickshaw " across the province from five o'clock this afternoon / Saturday/ until eight o'clock in the tomorrow morning." He added "these measures come within the security plan developed by the operations leadership to maintain security and the lives of the participants in the ceremony of Ashura"
