Netflix's original series, "House of Cards" is pitch-perfect political drama and one of the best American TV series in 2013. President of the United States, Barack Obama wishes that life in Washington was just a little more like the cutthroat political world portrayed in Netflix's "House of Cards." Obama is a big fan of the Netflix original series, which stars Kevin Spacey as ruthless Congressman Francis Underwood. In a Meeting with Netflix Inc. co-founder and CEO Reed Hastings at the White House, Obama jokingly asked if Hastings had brought an advance copy of the upcoming season of "House of Cards". Obama at a gathering of technology executives at the White House wished that the real-life political process worked as quickly as its "House of Cards" counterpart, though presumably Obama would prefer fewer murders in real-life D.C. “I wish things were that ruthlessly efficient,” Obama said. “It’s true. It’s like Kevin Spacey, man this guy’s getting a lot of stuff done." Obama isn’t the only high-ranking politician fan of the show and it isn't the first tv show that President of united state saw and like. Former President Bill Clinton, for instance, admitted to binge-watching the entire first season of "House of Cards" in just three days. Beau Willimon, creature of show (Original novel by Michael Dobbs) efforted to portray real and accurate image of high-tension political terms and complicated relationship between Francis and his wife and Willimon and his partners are so success and Maybe it's one of the reasons that politicans like "House of Cards" and also these types of shows. "House of Cards" is the story of Francis Underwood, an ambitious Democratic congressman from South Carolina and House Majority Whip. Underwood helped ensure the election of President Garrett Walker, who promised to appoint Underwood as Secretary of State. Before Walker is sworn in, Chief of Staff Linda Vasquez announces that the president will not honor the agreement and will instead nominate Senator Michael Kern. Linda tells Frank that they want him to continue helping their administration from within the House of Representatives. Furious at Walker's betrayal, Underwood and his wife, Claire, seek to exact revenge and ultimately gain power and in this way do everything to reach his aims. The show's second season will debut on February 14. The TV series displays the world of treachery and treason that the US officials are living in, where the most high-ranking authorities betray their friends and allies. And it is why the US politicians, specially President Obama, like this show.
