Belarus Ambassador in Cairo Sergei Rachkov said Wednesday that President Alexander Lukashenko had agreed with Egypt's Minister of Military Production Mohamed el Assar on boosting cooperation between the two countries.
Assar's meetings in Minsk Tuesday also took up issues of mutual concern, Rachkov told MENA.
Talks took up efforts to establish joint production lines in Egypt in accordance with agreements reached between Lukashenko and President Abdel Fattah El Sisi of Egypt in January.
The Egyptian delegation that visited Minsk included representatives of the ministries of irrigation, communications, investment, industry and business sector.
The delegates will wrap up their three-day visit to Minsk later today.
