Belarus Ambassador to Egypt Sergei Rachkov highlighted the positive outcome of the recent visit of Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko to Egypt.
In statements to MENA on Wednesday, he said the two countries agreed on boosting trade and economic cooperation as well as joint investments.
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Lukashenko stressed preparedness for enhancing bilateral ties.
The two presidents signed two deals and eight memorandums of understanding in various domains.
The two presidents gave directives to the governments of both countries to lay down a road map for enhancing bilateral cooperation.
