National Constituent Assembly (NCA) Speaker Mustapha Ben Jaafar affirmed that Tunisians were, more than ever before, in need for a clear and precise vision that sets a roadmap for next elections so that the democratic transition process be a success. "This vision requires consensus with political parties and the lifeblood of the country to convey positive messages to Tunisian youths," Mr. Ben Jaafar said at a meeting on Tuesday with a delegation of "Club de Madrid," an independent non-profit organisation created to promote democracy, led by its president Wim Kok, former Dutch premier. NCA Speaker underlined the need to provide all necessary conditions to start a comprehensive dialogue for the benefit of national interest. Mr. Wim Kok affirmed the readiness of the ''Club de Madrid'' to make its expertise and experience available to Tunisia and reckoned that the political and social movement the country is presently living through is natural at any transitional stage.
