The United Nations envoy Jamal Benomar confirmed on Friday that the National Dialogue Conference is a historical opportunity to address all problems of Yemen and determine the future of the new sate. In a statement to Saba upon departing Sana’a , Benomar said that Yemenis were able to form a civilized scene during the start of the conference dialogue, with the presence of all the political parties represented in the dialogue. He expressed his optimism of the national dialogue ,considering what happened during the first days of the dialogue conference , especially when the representatives of the South movement raised slogans express the high ceiling of their demands - a healthy phenomenon in Yemen. About whether the dialogue decisions will be binding for all parties , Benomar said: "This is what was agreed upon from the beginning and the idea of preparing for the conference was existed in the executive mechanism of the Gulf initiative”.
